Our standard service window for pickups and drop-offs is 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. Bookings within this window are covered by our standard rates.

Rates & Surcharges
Rates are subject to change due to fuel costs and inflation, and a surcharge may be applied. Customers located more than 25 miles from Jefferson, GA are subject to a mileage surcharge.
Holiday Service
A $100 surcharge applies to trips requiring service on all recognized holidays. Holiday trips are subject to availability at the owner's discretion.
Early & Late Pickups
Pickups before 5:00 AM incur a $25 Early Bird Fee. Airport pickups after 10:00 PM incur a $25 late-night fee. AMVET does not provide airport pickups between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM without prior approval.
Flight Delays
Arrival delays of more than 1 hour may require the driver to leave due to other scheduled commitments — if this occurs, that portion of the trip is non-refundable. Arrival or return flight delays of more than 2 hours incur a $25 per hour waiting fee if the driver is available to stay and wait.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations more than 48 hours before your pickup time are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded less $100 of the total cost of the booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made more than 24 hours in advance and are subject to AMVET approval based on availability.
